Local/National Payment

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Presenters: Registration payment should only be made after receiving an acceptance notification from the IRCBE Committee via email. Presenters are not permitted to make any payment before receiving the acceptance notification.
  • Participants: Participants may proceed with the registration payment directly and do not need to wait for an acceptance notification.

LOCAL/NATIONAL PAYMENT

  1. How to Pay via ATM
  1. Insert your ATM card and enter your PIN
  2. Select the "Transfer" menu
  3. Select “Transfer to Other Bank” for non-BNI bank users, or “Inter-Account Transfer” for BNI bank users.
  4. Enter the BNI bank code (009) and 16 digit Virtual Account number

(VA: 8027 0020 1261 0008)

  1. Enter the amount according to your category
  • Presenter – Offline: IDR 1,300,000
  • Presenter – Online: IDR 1,000,000
  • Participant (Non-Presenter) – Offline: IDR 500,000
  • Participant (Non-Presenter) – Online: IDR 200,000
  1. Re-check the recipient name, VA number, and transfer amount
  2. Select "Yes / Confirm" to complete the transaction
  3. Take and keep the ATM receipt as proof of payment
  4. After completing the payment, complete the registration process and upload your proof of payment/transfer through the registration menu

 

  1. How to Pay BNI Virtual Account Payment with other Banks Mobile Banking
  1. Open your mobile banking or internet banking application on your phone / computer
  2. Log in using your username and password / PIN
  3. Select the "Transfer" menu
  4. Select “Transfer to Other Bank” for non-BNI bank users, or “Inter-Account Transfer” for BNI bank users.
  5. Select the destination bank: BNI.
  6. Enter the Virtual Account (VA) number in the destination account field:
    (VA: 8027 0020 1261 0008)
  7. Enter the nominal transfer according to your category
  • Presenter – Offline: IDR 1,300,000
  • Presenter – Online: IDR 1,000,000
  • Participant (Non-Presenter) – Offline: IDR 500,000
  • Participant (Non-Presenter) – Online: IDR 200,000
  1. Select the transaction type: Online.
  2. Confirm the transaction and enter the Transaction Password or PIN.
  3. Your Payment Has Been Successful.
  4. Download the transfer receipt or take a screenshot as proof of payment.
  5. After completing the payment, participants are required to complete the registration form and upload their proof of payment/transfer through the registration menu

    International Payment

    International Payment Method (via SWIFT Transfer)

    1. Open your international banking transfer service in your country
    2. Select SWIFT / International Transfer method
    3. Enter the following beneficiary bank details:

    Virtual Account Number : 8027 0020 1261 0010

    Beneficiary Name : IRCBE 2026 FEB UNDIP LN

    Client / Institution : Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP)

    1. Enter the payment amount according to your registration category:
    • Presenter – Offline: USD 75
    • Presenter – Online: USD 60
    • Participant (Non-Presenter) – Offline: USD 30
    • Participant (Non-Presenter) – Online: USD 12
    1. Re-check all beneficiary details before confirming the transaction
    2. Save the transfer receipt as proof of payment
    3. After completing the payment, complete the registration process and upload your proof of payment/transfer through the following form
