IMPORTANT NOTE:

Registration payment should only be made after the participant has received an acceptance notification from the IRCBE Committee via email. Participants are not permitted to make any payment before receiving such notification.

How to Pay via ATM

Insert your ATM card and enter your PIN

1. Select the “Transfer” menu
2. Select “Transfer to Other Bank” (if different bank) or “Inter-Account Transfer” (if same bank)
3. Enter the VA number: 8027 0020 1261 0008
4. Enter the amount according to your category (IDR 1,300,000 or IDR 1,000,000)
5. Re-check the recipient name, VA number, and transfer amount
6. Select “Yes / Confirm” to complete the transaction
7. Take and keep the ATM receipt as proof of payment
8. After completing the payment, participants are required to send proof of payment/transfer to the IRCBE email at ircbe@live.undip.ac.id using the following email subject format : Payment Confirmation IRCBE – [Full Name] – [Institution] – [Paper ID].

How to Pay via via Mobile Banking / Internet Banking

1. Open your mobile banking or internet banking application on your phone / computer
2. Log in using your username and password / PIN
3. Select the “Transfer” or “Virtual Account Payment” menu
4. Enter the VA number: 8027 0020 1261 0008
5. The system will automatically display the recipient name and amount  ensure they are correct
6. Enter the PIN / OTP sent to your registered phone number
7. Transaction complete take a screenshot as proof of payment
8. After completing the payment, participants are required to send proof of payment/transfer to the IRCBE email at ircbe@live.undip.ac.id using the following email subject format: Payment Confirmation IRCBE – [Full Name] – [Institution] – [Paper ID].
